Very good! Came across this place while shopping in the plaza and it came highly recommended by a passer-by while were checking out the menu. Super convenient having the menu outside to see what they had to offer. Two meals cost us $27 of heaping delicious servings. Definitely enough to share and then some leftovers. We ordered Steak Teriyaki and the Hibachi Chicken Lunch Special. The Teriyaki Steak is served with mixed vegetables at the bottom with white rice (on the side) and a soda. The Hibachi Chicken is served with fried rice zucchini, onion, carrot, mushroom, broccoli, and a soda.
The vegetables were not overcooked, the meat was tender and flavorful.
We definitely want to come back and try some sushi. They have some great lunch specials which are from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
We ordered to-go this time so did not have the opportunity to experience service and the atmosphere.
Fuji Hibachi Express was a wonderful spot to order for lunch. I ordered a Sushi Platter for a party of 3 and was amazed it was done so quickly. I ordered online and was able to see the rolls and low prices, which made ordering quick and easy.
All sushi rolls were fresh and tasted amazing! Definitely recommend using their website to order ahead and try some of their fresh sushi!

Love the place. The food is really good, fresh and clean. The service is amazing. They take their time to explain any doubt you may have. The place is clean. Looks good! 👍
Very good! I love that they use zucchini in the vegetables. This was our first time coming in and it was close to closing. The nice lady that checked us out was very helpful with what to get for my 8 year old who was being picky lol We will be back again 😊
